I love finding ways to feel God in my day, whether I’m going to work or cooking dinner. I make sure I’m connected to Him by listening to Bible stories, sermons, praying, and singing praise songs. All the apps I test are introduced into my everyday life so that I can feel their usability on a daily basis.

Dear Lord, You command us to go in confidence and face whatever is ahead of us because You are by our side. I pray that You stay by my side as I go into my day. Help me to live without fear or hesitation today with the knowledge that You are with me. Be my cheerleader who encourages me. I dedicate this day to You, so that I may go through it in strength and confidence. May doubt never stop me from living as You command. Let my trust in You also be a light to all who see it so that I can reach the hearts and minds of people for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Lord,
Thank You because you are always faithful and true and Your steadfast love never ceases. Thank You that prayer is powerful and effective and that even when we doubt, You still hear our prayers and act on our behalf. Lord, I confess that sometimes I doubt. Sometimes I’m not sure if my prayers are really effective or if you hear me.
So, Lord, I ask You to embolden my faith. Help me have confidence that You will always be there for me and will never leave or forsake me. I pray that You help me to trust in You at all times. Lord in heaven,
Hide me in your shelter, be my refuge. I seek your strength as I take this step of faith. Lord, there are things about this situation that are uncertain, but although I can not see what’s before me, I know you are with me. I am trusting you and walking in obedience with your strength as my guide.
I will no longer seek to hold tightly to a false sense of worth found in my fragile righteousness, or the wavering opinions of others. I will find my strength and my worth solely in You. I will seek You daily to feel the power of Your great love for me! I thank You for this strength and peace that comes from knowing I am Yours! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Dear Lord,
You created my inner being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, and I know that fully well. But remind me again of this when I feel disheartened about my ability to complete the tasks that you’ve set for me and to become the person you want me to be.
Please help me to not think lowly of myself, but rather think of myself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith that you have distributed to me. For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ, we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. Help me identify my gift, whatever it may be, and use it to your glory.
And even as I ask for confidence, dear Lord, help me to remain humble in all that I do. Give me the courage to face my fears, stand up for myself, fight for what I believe in, bless others, and minister your Word.
Let the fire that burns within me touch the lives of others and manifest your love and grace to all.

Prayer For Confidence To Live The Christian Life
Father,
I thank You for calling me to Yourself and making me Your child through what Jesus did for me on the cross. In Him, I am now able to be called righteous, not for anything I have done, but because of His sacrifice.
You have called us as believers to go into the world and make disciples of every nation. I ask that You give me courage and boldness to share Your truth and Your Gospel with those around me, whether that is online or with another person face to face.
Help me Lord to be the light You have called me to be everywhere I go. Don’t let me cower, but boldly proclaim You from the top of the hills. Let them see You and Your transforming power in me. I pray that those you place in my path would see Your great love for them in the truth that I share. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Final Thoughts
Whenever we get insecure about our looks or abilities, we must remember that we are made in God’s image and likeness. We were carefully and intentionally made. There’s no limit to what our Maker can do through us. As the book of Philippians puts it, we can do ALL things through Christ who gives us strength.
With these prayers for confidence, we receive the grace and boldness to trust God. However, on our own part, we must also decide to put aside our doubts even when they come and hold on to the promises that He has given us.
In times of difficulty, let our anchor be God’s Word. Fix your eyes on Him in the storm, drown out the noise around and soon you’ll find yourself walking on water.
