7 Memorial Day Prayers

Dear God, on this Memorial Day, we come before you with heavy hearts, remembering the sacrifices made by those who served our country and gave their lives for our freedom. We pray for the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives in service to our nation. May they find comfort and peace in the knowledge that their loved ones made the ultimate sacrifice for a cause greater than themselves. We ask that you watch over and protect the men and women who continue to serve in our armed forces. Give them strength, courage, and wisdom as they work to defend our country and uphold the values of freedom and justice. We also pray for our leaders, that they may have the wisdom and compassion to make decisions that honor the sacrifices of those who have gone before us and safeguard the rights and freedoms that we hold dear.
